Dr. Jon Barbee (Founder of Seaside Spine)

Dr. Jon Barbee was born and raised in Destin, Florida, but began his career in New York City. During his time there he practiced in a multidisciplinary setting, treating a diverse patient population from busy Wall Street traders to professional ballet dancers. He then relocated to Orlando, Florida, where he focused on rehabilitating patients suffering from work related and auto accident injuries.

Dr. Barbee is well versed in implementing chiropractic care uniquely tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. He is also an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Sports Council, where he provides treatment for athletes at sporting events across the state of Florida. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Ashley Dubois, and their hound dog, Louie. Dr. Barbee is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves anything on the water, especially fishing.

Dr. Josiah DeLorme (Destin)

Dr. Josiah DeLorme was born and raised in Brodhead, Wisconsin. In high school, Dr. DeLorme was a member of the National Honor Society. During his senior year of college, Dr. DeLorme completed an internship at a high-volume chiropractic office in Janesville, Wisconsin. He then went on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, the first Chiropractic College, in Davenport, Iowa earning his D.C. in 2024.

Dr. DeLorme participated in various courses, extremity adjusting seminars, and Mastery, Love, Service club meetings giving him a solid foundation of gross and spinal anatomy, cell biology, human biomechanics, dysfunctional movement, x-ray analysis, human physiology, and wholistic perspectives.

While attending adjusting seminars taught by the world-renowned Chiropractic Physician Dr. Mitch Mally, Dr. DeLorme was instructed to train martial arts under John Morrow at Morrow’s Academy of Marital Arts, where he earned his brown belt in Shaolin Chuan Kung Fu and competed in martial arts tournaments while working towards his D.C.

After graduating, Dr. DeLorme began practicing Chiropractic care at Waterside Chiropractic in Panama City Beach, Florida. He is experienced in treating a full spectrum of patients, from wellness to personal injury cases, and people dealing with conditions such as radiculopathy, neuropathy, herniated discs, spinal instability, and debilitating pain via various modalities such as decompression, active and passive therapies, diversified and drop table adjusting techniques, a Proadjuster, activator, Reiki, and Arthrostim.

Dr. DeLorme credits Dr. Brian Wussow, the most recent President of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin, for giving him long-term mentorship throughout his life and training him extensively in adjusting techniques using a drop table.

In his free time, Dr. DeLorme enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks, reading, going to the beach, exercising and practicing yoga, and playing video games while spending time with his cat, Jem. Dr. DeLorme is thankful to be able to relieve patient’s suffering and pain, while meeting and connecting with new people everyday. He is eager and excited to be at Seaside Spine to help patient’s heal and be the best versions of themselves!

Dr. Jordan Booker is a passionate chiropractor dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health and performance. Now in her third year of practice, she combines a strong academic foundation with a compassionate, personalized approach to care. Dr. Jordan earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Chemistry from Columbus State University, where she also competed as a collegiate golfer. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University, where she developed a deep commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

She specializes in upper cervical techniques, sports injury management, and perinatal chiropractic, with a focus on restoring function, promoting healing, and empowering her patients to live their healthiest lives.

Outside of the office, Dr. Jordan enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with her two wonderful dogs. She also plays bass in her husband’s band, combining her love of music with an active, vibrant lifestyle. Dr. Jordan is passionate about creating lasting connections with her patients and supporting them through every stage of their wellness journey.

Dr. Matthew Morgan-Freeland’s passion for chiropractic care began through his lifelong involvement in health, fitness, and human performance. After earning his Bachelor’s in Medical Sociology, he became fascinated by how lifestyle, mindset, and movement influence long-term wellness. This curiosity led him to pursue a Master’s in Data Analytics, where he developed a deeper understanding of how data can drive better outcomes in both health and performance. Ultimately, his desire to serve others and help people live abundant, pain-free lives brought him to chiropractic.

Outside the office, Dr. Matthew is an avid CrossFit and rehabilitation coach, where he helps athletes and everyday movers restore function, build resilience, and rediscover their potential.

Dr. Dan is dedicated to helping patients feel better, move better, and get back to the activities they enjoy. He works with individuals experiencing back pain, neck pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions by focusing on reducing pain, improving movement, and supporting long-term wellness.

Originally from Michigan, Dr. Dan developed an early interest in health, movement, and athletic performance. This passion ultimately led him to pursue chiropractic, where he could help people improve their quality of life through hands-on care and practical guidance.

While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida campus, Dr. Dan received extensive training in spinal biomechanics, movement assessment, and patient-centered care. He incorporates a variety of chiropractic techniques and soft tissue therapies to help restore function, reduce pain, and support recovery.

Dr. Dan places a strong emphasis on patient education and overall wellness. He believes that when patients understand their condition and how their body works, they are better equipped to stay healthy and active long term. His goal is not only to relieve pain, but also to equip patients with the knowledge and tools they need to stay healthy and active for the long term.

Outside of the office, Dr. Dan enjoys running, playing disc golf, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and their cat, Flint, as well as relaxing with friends and family over a good board game.
